How we work
From the first conversation to launch.
Agreement
Price, scope and timeline are clear before anything starts. The client knows what they get and what it costs.
Build
Tim builds the project and stays available after launch. The handoff between us happens at the agreement, not in the middle of the build.
The aim is that small businesses get a considered site or product, with someone who stands behind it after launch. The team grows only as far as that needs. Slowly, and in person.

A little about STRUO.
Tim Blažič
Founder
Design, development, hosting and support sit in the same hands. He agrees scope and price with the client, builds the project himself and stays available after launch.
STRUO is a digital studio in Ljubljana. We build websites for small businesses, online stores, and web and mobile apps.
We take on a limited number of projects. Tim leads each one himself, from the agreement through launch and support after it.
A site or a product is not a postcard. It is built so the business gets enquiries, and we stay available after launch.
