Where is the site hosted and who looks after it?
I host and manage the site on reliable cloud infrastructure, together with the domain, SSL, backups and uptime monitoring. Data location, such as the EU, is agreed based on your requirements.
What are the response times?
Response times go into the SLA based on the level of support you need – separately for critical issues and for regular changes.
Do you sign a data processing agreement and an NDA?
Yes. I sign a GDPR data processing agreement and an NDA before we start.
How is invoicing handled?
The build is invoiced per fixed quote and management monthly.
Can several people edit content?
Yes. The CMS supports multiple users with different permissions, and you can review changes on staging before they go live.
Is the site accessible to all users?
I build to WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, which also matters under the European Accessibility Act.
